Purpose and access
Counteed is a service in preparation for YouTube creators invited to a private beta. Access is personal, temporary, and may be limited, suspended, or withdrawn to protect security, compliance, or the proper operation of the service.
Your channel and content
You may connect only accounts and channels you are authorized to administer. You remain responsible for editorial decisions, what you publish, and the rights needed for that content. Counteed does not publish, reply to, or moderate on YouTube on your behalf.
Use of YouTube data
The YouTube connection is read-only. Comments and associated information remain subject to YouTube’s rules and to the rights of affected people. A source that is deleted, changed, or unavailable must not be presented as permanent historical content. Any public feature using YouTube data remains conditional on the applicable validations.
Acceptable use and reporting
You must not use Counteed to infringe rights, bypass a platform’s rules, collect data without authorization, harass a person, or publish unlawful material. To report content or request removal, email contact@counteed.com with the relevant URL and reason.
Beta service
The beta may contain errors, outages, or changes. Counteed does not guarantee that an analysis, suggestion, or recognition is accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose. The creator always makes the final decision whether to publish.
