Who processes your information?

Fabien Bouvet, for Counteed, is responsible for the information submitted with a beta access request. You can contact him at contact@counteed.com.

Why is this information collected?

It is used only to review your request, understand the context of your YouTube channel, select the first group of beta creators and contact you about the beta. It is not used to subscribe you to a newsletter or send unrelated marketing messages.

This processing is based on Counteed’s legitimate interest in organizing and preparing its private beta following your voluntary request to join it.

What information is involved?

• your name and email address;
• the link to your YouTube channel and your role on that channel;
• any optional answers you choose to share;
• technical information strictly necessary for the form to work securely.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required to review the request. Without them, the form cannot be submitted. All other answers are optional.

Who can access it?

Responses are accessible only to Counteed and the service providers required to operate the form. The form is provided by Tally, which acts as a processor and states that form data is stored in the European Union.

Your responses are not sold or shared for advertising purposes.

How long is it retained?

Requests and related correspondence are kept for no more than twelve months after the last contact, then deleted. If you join the beta, the information required for that relationship will then be covered by the terms applicable to the Counteed service.

What are your rights?

You may request access to your information, its rectification or erasure, or restriction of its processing. You may also object to the processing on grounds relating to your particular situation.

To exercise these rights, email contact@counteed.com. If you believe, after contacting Counteed, that your rights have not been respected, you may submit a complaint to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Embedded form and tracking technologies

Counteed does not add audience measurement or advertising tools to this first version of the landing page. Displaying the embedded form does, however, establish a connection with Tally, which may process technical information required for its operation and security under its own policy.

This page may change if Counteed’s use of information or its service providers changes. The last-updated date shown at the top identifies the applicable version.
